Stolen /Lost Items Important information regarding any Lost / Stolen Items Orders are shipped to the customer mailing address provided at the time of your purchase, therefore Menkie luxy is NOT responsible for any Stolen/Lost, items or delays with shipping. Once your order has shipped, we shall share your tracking number with you on the email provided. Once your item is ship and you need further assistance contact the carrier listed on your tracking for further assistance.

For Customers
Once we ship your package and a charge back is filed against the company, we will report you to the FBI for internet credit card fraud which is a serious crime. Please note that your IP address is captured amongst other things and will trace back to you. The shipping carriers provide very accurate information as well, so please understand that this is NO FRAUD TOLERANCE online store. You may be sent to collections, as it is our right to retrieve funds from fraudulent orders.

DISCLAIMER; FRAUDULENT DISPUTES: If a customer chooses to fraudulently dispute this transaction with their bank/PayPal etc., We will counter dispute and reclaim the funds. A report will also be sent to the bank/PayPal and said customer will be black listed from this store prohibiting any future purchases. The customer will also completely lose the design and ALL work done including added products,collections etc- it will be removed from the store as we hold all rights to our designs.
